The Woman Behind Candlewick Coaching

MY STORY

For as long as I can recall, I have been drawn to the quiet alchemy of growth, not the hurried change we often demand of ourselves, but the profound shifts that occur quietly within.

My journey has been one of personal experience, study and stillness. Over the years, I have studied holistic wellbeing with my recent focus on behaviour, nutrition and subconscious patterns. At the same time, I found myself returning again and again to something simpler, and observing the quiet rhythm of nature. Nature never forces its way; it unfolds in seasons, reminding us that what feels stuck often simply needs the right conditions to bloom.

In my own life, I have navigated the frustration of trying to force transformation through willpower, only to realise that lasting change is born from safety, not struggle. Candlewick Coaching was founded on this truth: that when we create internal safety and regulate our nervous system, we do not just change, we return to our most authentic selves.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that meaningful change begins with compassion. Your habits are not weaknesses; they are adaptations. Patterns like emotional eating, self-doubt, or procrastination often began as ways to protect yourself. When we meet these parts with force, we invite resistance. When we meet them with understanding, change becomes possible.

My work blends subconscious repatterning, behavioural architecture, nervous system regulation, and compassionate accountability. Nature reminds us that growth is cyclical. There are seasons for shedding, rebuilding, and strengthening. You do not need to rush; you simply need clarity, consistency, and the right support. We work from the inside out to illuminate change from within.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

I am a certified and accredited practitioner with professional training in Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Nutrition, Holistic Health, Herbalism, Chakra Healing, Ancient Wisdom & Personal Development.

As a registered member of the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH), I am committed to the highest ethical and professional standards.

All services are coaching-based and non-medical.
